For memberships making monthly payments:​

• Memberships are cancelable within 5 days of purchase for a full refund. You have the legal right to cancel your membership within five (5) business days after signing your agreement with Speakeasy Fitness.

• Facility enhancement fee is $69 and bills 21 days from join date, and subsequent to that every January 25th of every year. The 21 day facility enhancement fee will be billed upon cancelation if your agreement is cancelled in the first 5-21 days of starting your agreement. 

• If you have been a member in the last 90 days you are not eligible for this promotion. If in doubt please call the club to get information on eligibility. 

• Auto-Renewal Disclosure: Most memberships are automatically renewed at the end of the initial term. By signing up, you authorize recurring billing until you cancel as outlined in your agreement.

• Easy Online Cancellation: You may cancel your membership online at any time after the initial term by visiting: www.myiclubonline.com
