For memberships making monthly payments:​

• Presale Cancellation & Refund Policy: Presale memberships may be cancelled for a full refund at any time prior to the gym opening and through ten (10) calendar days after the gym’s actual opening date. If the gym’s opening date is delayed or extended, the cancellation and refund period will automatically be extended through ten (10) calendar days after the revised actual opening date.

• Facility Enhancement Fee: The first Facility Enhancement Fee will be billed sixty (60) days after the gym’s actual opening date. The Facility Enhancement Fee is $69 for the first person and $49 for each additional person listed on the agreement. After the initial Facility Enhancement Fee, the applicable fee will be billed annually on January 25 of each calendar year. Buddy Pass memberships that allow access every day will be charged a $49 Facility Enhancement Fee, and Buddy Pass memberships that allow Friday–Sunday access or less will be charged a $29 Facility Enhancement Fee.

• Monthly payments and related charges for Single Club Memberships must be made by electronic debit from a checking account. (Cash, debit, and credit cards are not accepted for ongoing payments.) The initial payment at enrollment may be made by debit or credit card. You must provide checking account information within 5 days of joining for recurring billing. If not provided within 5 days, you authorize conversion of your membership to All-Club Access at $34.99/month, which does not require checking. You may revert to the Single Club plan during your agreement term by providing valid checking account details for auto-debit. All memberships are sold as Single Club Access unless clearly labeled All-Club Access.

• If you have been a member in the last 90 days you are not eligible for this promotion. If in doubt please call the club to get information on eligibility. 

• Auto-Renewal Disclosure: Memberships are automatically renewed at the end of every month on month to month memberships. By signing up, you authorize recurring billing until you cancel as outlined in your agreement.

• Easy Online Cancellation: You may cancel your membership online at any time after the initial term by visiting: www.myiclubonline.com
