Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need to make an appointment to come workout?

No appointments necessary. Non-members can purchase a day pass prior to their vist on the home page of our website or in person upon check in. Members can stop by at anytime during our hours of operation.

Is there a time limit when working out?

We have no time restrictions on your workout. During peak hours we ask you to be mindful of others trying to use equipment. Asking our peers to work in with them in an area or machine is optional, not a requirement. 

Can I bring a guest?

Guests are more than welcome, any day and any time. Guests are required to bring a local valid ID upon their visit to sign off on our liability waiver. Passes can be pre-purchased or pre-arranged. 

Is there a referral program?

When you refer someone, you get your monthly rate permanently reduced by $5. The more people you refer, the lower your rate will drop (minimum lowest monthly cost is $20). Your friend gets to join at the same lowered rate you are paying. If at any time the person you referred cancels, your rate will go back up by $5. 

How do I cancel?

To cancel your Speakeasy Fitness membership, email support@speakeasy-fitness.com with a 14 day notice. Our team will get back to you in less than 72 hours. You may also handle cancelations in person at any location. 

Can I freeze my membership?

To freeze your Speakeasy Fitness membership, email support@speakeasy-fitness.com with a 14 day notice. Our team will get back to you in less than 72 hours. You may also handle freeze requests in club at any location .
