Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need to make an appointment to come workout?
No appointments necessary. Non-members can purchase a day pass prior to their vist on the home page of our website or in person upon check in. Members can stop by at anytime during our hours of operation.
Can I bring a guest?
Guests are more than welcome, any day and any time. Guests are required to bring a local valid ID upon their visit to sign off on our liability waiver. Passes can be pre-purchased or pre-arranged.
How do I cancel?
Although we are terribly sad to see you go, we make canceling your membership as easy as possible (unlike our competitors). If you can make it in the club, we'd love to see you one more time for a final goodbye Monday-Friday from 8am-8pm or Saturdays from 8am-2pm. If you can't make it in, log-on to your member portal online to process your cancelation, visit: www.myiclubonline.com.
Your agreement should be out of term and in good standing in order to cancel, please provide a 14 day notice.
Can I freeze my membership?
To freeze your Speakeasy Fitness membership, please process in club at any location. Your account must be in good standing and out of term in order to freeze, maximum 2 months at a time.
1 Month Free Promotion from Instagram
Existing members can get 1 month free to Speakeasy Fitness by DMing us to receive promotional content that they can post on their own Instagram feed. Content must be posted 2 times on stories and 2 times on feed in the span of 1 month. Credit can be claimed by DMing us screenshots and sending us your member barcode number.
