For memberships making monthly payments:​

• Memberships are cancelable within 5 days of purchase for a full refund. You have the legal right to cancel your membership within five (5) business days after signing your agreement with Speakeasy Fitness.

• All members that join between December 20th to Jan 25th will get billed a Facility Enhancement Fee of $69 for the first person, $49 for each additional person listed on the agreement on January 25th and subsequent to that every following January 25th of every year. All buddy passes that allow access every day, will have a $49 enhancement fee within 21 days of joining, and a $49 enhancement fee on January 25 every calendar year. All buddy passes that allow Fri - Sun access or shorter, will have a $29 enhancement fee within 21 days of joining, and a $29 enhancement fee on January 25 every calendar year.

• Monthly payments and related charges for Single Club Memberships must be made by electronic debit from a checking account. (Cash, debit, and credit cards are not accepted for ongoing payments.) The initial payment at enrollment may be made by debit or credit card. You must provide checking account information within 5 days of joining for recurring billing. If not provided within 5 days, you authorize conversion of your membership to All-Club Access at $34.99/month, which does not require checking. You may revert to the Single Club plan during your agreement term by providing valid checking account details for auto-debit. All memberships are sold as Single Club Access unless clearly labeled All-Club Access.

• If you have been a member in the last 90 days you are not eligible for this promotion. If in doubt please call the club to get information on eligibility. 

• Auto-Renewal Disclosure: Memberships are automatically renewed at the end of the initial term. By signing up, you authorize recurring billing until you cancel as outlined in your agreement.

• Easy Online Cancellation: You may cancel your membership online at any time after the initial term by visiting: www.myiclubonline.com
