For memberships making monthly payments:​

• Memberships are cancelable within 5 days of purchase for a full refund. You have the legal right to cancel your membership within five (5) business days after signing your agreement with Speakeasy Fitness.

• All members that join between Nov 1 and Dec 19 will get billed a Facility Enhancement Fee of $39 per person listed on the agreement 10 days from join date and subsequent to that a $69 enhancement fee on January 25th and every January 25th of every year thereafter. 

• Monthly recurring payments (and any other charges associated with the membership) for SINGLE CLUB MEMBERSHIPS must be paid by electronic debit from a checking account only. (No cash, debit card or credit will be accepted form of payment). Your initial payment on the day that you join the club may be made with either a debit card or a credit card. Thereafter, you have 5-days to provide checking account information for recurring monthly billing (and any other charges associated with the membership) under the single club access plan. If you do not set up a checking account as the primary form of payment within 5-days of your join date, you, the member, consent to having the membership convert to a HOUSE CLUB ACCESS membership at $39 monthly. The HOUSE CLUB ACCESS MEMBERSHIP does not require a checking account. HOUSE CLUB ACCESS includes Sylmar, North Hollywood, Van Nuys, Pasadena, and Canoga Park only. It does not include Rampart Village or LA Western. If a location is not listed, access to that location is not included. Access to new locations not currently open is not included. If at any time, you would like to switch back to the single club access membership, you can do so during the term of your agreement by providing your checking account information for direct debit of your membership payments. Any Plan sold is a Single Club access plan unless membership type explicitly states HOUSE CLUB ACCESS.

• If you have been a member in the last 90 days you are not eligible for this promotion. If in doubt please call the club to get information on eligibility. 

• Auto-Renewal Disclosure: Memberships are automatically renewed at the end of the initial term. By signing up, you authorize recurring billing until you cancel as outlined in your agreement.

• Easy Online Cancellation: You may cancel your membership online at any time after the initial term by visiting: www.myiclubonline.com
