For memberships making monthly payments:​

• Memberships are cancelable within 5 days of purchase for a full refund.

• Facility enhancement fee is $59 and bills on Jan 25th, and subsequent to that every January 25th of every year. Your Jan 25th facility enhancement fee will be billed upon cancelation if your agreement is cancelled in the first 60 days of starting your agreement.

• Monthly recurring payments (and any other charges associated with the membership) for SINGLE CLUB MEMBERSHIPS must be paid by electronic debit from a checking account only. Your payment on the day that you join the club may be made with either a debit card or a credit card. Thereafter, you have 5-days to provide checking account information for recurring monthly billing (and any other charges associated with the membership) under the single club access plan. If you do not set up a checking account as the primary form of payment within 5-days of your join date, your monthly membership (and any other charges associated with the membership) will automatically convert to an ALL-CLUB ACCESS membership that does not require a checking account, which membership has an additional dues monthly charge of $5.99. If at any time, you would like to switch back to the single club access membership, you can do so during the term of your agreement by providing your checking account information for direct debit of your membership payments. Thereafter, your monthly dues would reflect the reduction of the $5.99 dues charged for the all-club access membership, and the membership will switch back to a single club access.
