For memberships making monthly payments:​

• Memberships are cancelable within 5 days of purchase for a full refund.

• Checking account is the preferred method of payment, memberships set up with a credit/debit card as the reoccurring payment option will be billed a $4.99 monthly fee. This fee can be waived by providing a checking account as the primary payment method. 

• Facility enhancement fee is $59 60 days from join date and subsequent to that every following January 25th of every year. Your first $59 facility enhancement fee will be billed upon cancelation if your agreement is cancelled in the first 60 days of starting your agreement.

• Membership automatically renews at the end of the contract period on a month to month basis.
